Western Washington Farm Wedding – Conner and Rebecca

There is a lot I could say about Conner and Rebecca, but the most important thing I could say is that they are two people in my life who constantly remind me and inspire me to live exactly the life that I want to live and to persistently work hard to be a better person and friend. They live their lives wild and free, and their incredible friendship means the world to me. The people that came together on this day from all over the country to play a role in their wedding, is a testament to how much they positively affect the lives of those around them. It was a beautifully intimate day on a farm they’ve both spent a lot of time on, just outside of Carnation, WA.

Patrick and Caitlyn | A Northern Michigan Wedding

Sometimes things just work out. Whether you believe in fate or simply coincidence, something helped push Patrick and I to reconnect in the first place. After I photographed Patrick’s proposal to Caitlyn up on Mackinac Island while I was nearing the end of my bicycle tour, they invited me back to The northern shores of Lake Michigan to document their wedding. So much heart and love was put into every aspect of this day. I was honored to be chosen to photograph such an amazing day.

Andy & Emily | Bissell Tree House Wedding

This summer has been a wild ride. I can’t think of a better way to wrap it up than the past few weeks. I am grateful to have played such an important role during my cousin’s wedding. For me, there is no way to feel more present than when I take photographs during such a special time such as this. Thanks Andy and Emily for letting me be a part of your day. And Thanks to the incredible Jesse Speelman for second shooting!

The Adventure So Far

Howdy everyone, I’m back! I’ve moved, I’ve explored new options, I’ve built trails with one of the best groups of people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, I’ve even spent a year away from shooting professionally and made some big changes in my life. But the things that haven’t changed or died out, are the passion I have for telling stories with photographs and my longing for adventure.     I’ve returned to continue telling stories of love and adventure. I’ve returned in hopes of making images that speak for themselves. This post is a culmination of my adventure up until now. These are photographs that I feel hold up and represent me, my photography, and the path I aim to take from here on out.     I have a big announcement to make, once everything is up and running and my plans are logistically sound. It’s a grand journey of sorts to celebrate my return. I’m back, and this time, I’m here to stay.
