Love and Adventure sessions are my take on the traditional engagement\/couples session. Going to a nice park or other outdoor location is great, but so often engagement sessions turn out to be a one or two hour session in places that don’t mean diddily to the couple, while taking stuffy, over-posed photos. Sometimes, it just feels forced. Don’t get me wrong, creative portraits are important, but those creative portraits are going to feel much more natural when you are in your element. <\/p>\n

Love and Adventure sessions are day long (or multi-day, if that’s what it takes) documentary sessions, where my goal is to capture you and your partner doing the things that bring you together and the love you share, in the places that have significant meaning to you. It can be anything, from documenting a typical day in the life, as adventurous as taking a bike ride around town to explore, or as grandiose as taking a backpacking trip to an Alpine Lake. I’m game for it all, as long as we’re capturing your essence as a couple.<\/p>\n

I want to get to know you, build friendships, and make sure you feel comfortable working with me. I can’t think of a better way to do all those things than documenting the real intimate moments between you two.<\/p>\n
